If there is a deviation from the check-in or check-out times, please first contact Sotto La Vigna. A different time is only acceptable after our written approval. If the departure time is exceeded without prior consultation, an extra night may be charged.
Breakfast is held together from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. A 3-course menu is served. Any allergies or other (dietary) requirements must be communicated before arrival. We may request an allowance for special dietary requirements. We do not serve vegan meals. Not consuming breakfast does not entitle you to financial compensation. A copy of a valid passport or ID must be provided before arrival. This is mandatory for registration based on Italian laws and regulations.
We are happy to offer everyone an allergy-free room, so pets are not allowed on the premises. Guests at Sotto La Vigna want to enjoy their peace and quiet and therefore it is not allowed to cause nuisance between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. We have an adults only (25+) policy.
Terms of payment For the reservation we will send you a reservation / invoice and ask for an initial deposit of 30%, to be paid no later than 7 days after confirmation of the booking. Only after this deposit is the reservation for a stay in Sotto La Vigna final. Until the 1st deposit has been paid, this is an option and both the guest and the accommodation holder can cancel the reservation without further restrictions or costs. The second amount must be credited to Sotto La Vigna's account no later than 6 weeks before the arrival date. If this amount is not paid on time, Sotto La Vigna reserves the right to cancel the reservation - and to charge the cancellation costs as described in the cancellation policy. The remaining amount of the additional costs and the costs for services and/or products provided at Sotto La Vigna must be paid locally and in cash, no later than the day of departure. The general terms and conditions of Sotto La Vigna apply to the agreement. The general terms and conditions can be found on our website. By making the down payment the agreement is concluded, with which you also declare that you have read the general terms and conditions of Sotto La Vigna.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation by guest Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a refund in the event of cancellation, so we advise you to take out good travel and cancellation insurance. It is not possible to transfer a reservation in someone else's name. The cancellation by the guest must be communicated to Sotto La Vigna by e-mail with confirmation of receipt. After receiving the cancellation, Sotto La Vigna will send a confirmation. Only then will there be a legally valid cancellation. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, the guest owes the amount of the deposit. In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks before arrival, the full amount of the reservation must be paid. An additional €50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation. In the case of a package, the full amount is always due. In the event of premature termination of the stay, for whatever reason, the guest owes the full amount of the reservation. If cancellation costs to be paid are not paid on time, the claim will - after a final written reminder - be handed over to a bailiff, with the additional costs being borne by the guest.
Cancellation by Sotto La Vigna If Sotto La Vigna is forced to cancel the stay due to circumstances, it will inform the guest in writing and, if possible, offer an alternative. If the guest is unable to offer an alternative or does not accept the alternative, Sotto La Vigna will refund the amount already paid. The guest has no other right than to reclaim this amount.
Sotto La Vigna has the right to refuse or remove the guest from the accommodation if the rules are not adhered to. Entry will be denied to peopel under 25 year and pets. If you use all types of violence, weapons, drugs, etc. you will be removed from the site.
In the event of any form of refusal of removal, you are not entitled to a refund of your reservation money
Final cleaning The room must be left tidy and furniture that has been moved must be returned to its original position. If anything is broken or broken, this must be reported before departure. In the event of material damage at Sotto La Vigna, a solution for compensation will be sought in consultation. Damages not reported may be charged afterwards.
Discounts Discounts apply to the basic rental price and not in combination with other promotions. If there is a last minute discount, the discount will not apply to existing reservations.
Complaints Any complaints or shortcomings must be made known to Sotto La Vigna in writing when they arise and before departure. Sotto La Vigna will make every effort to resolve any complaints or shortcomings, to the extent within its capabilities, to the satisfaction of the guest or to find a solution that both parties can agree to. The complaint must be able to be resolved by Sotto La Vigna in reasonableness and fairness. If this is not to the guest's satisfaction, he or she is free to leave. The remaining nights must be paid for by the guest before departure.
Liability All risks associated with a stay at Sotto La Vigna are borne by the guests. Sotto La Vigna is not liable for damage or personal injury, loss or theft of any kind, caused to guests or caused by other guests. Damage to and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported immediately by the guests and compensated. Sotto La Vigna is not liable for damage, loss or theft of guests' property. In the event of disputes, all (legal) costs are borne by the guest. Sotto La Vigna is not liable for damage resulting from natural disasters, attacks, strikes, acts of violence or accidents. Sotto La Vigna works in accordance with the food safety system (HACCP) and prevention of contamination of COVID19 (Capo II della L.R. n.9/2006) the protocols prescribed by the province. Sotto La Vigna is not liable for illness or death as a result of a contamination such as the COVID-19 virus.
